After Hours Emergency Info  If you are a current patient and have an emergency after hours you may try to reach Dr.Schuh or Dr.Stroube at 714-8066.  
Map and Directions  From Hendersonville:  Take (31 E) Gallatin Road into Gallatin.  You will pass Cracker Barrell and O'Charley's on your left keep straight going under the overpass.  Maple Street will be on your right (between CVS and Walgreens)  turn right on Maple St. drive straight past Gallatin High School and Commons Business Park will be on your right.  Turn right into Commons Business Park and our office is the second building on the right.

From Portland:  Take 109 South to Hancock Street then turn left. (Gateway Tire will be on your left)  Stay on Hancock Street approximately 1/2 mile until you see Commons Business Park on left.  Turn into Commons Business Park and our office is the second building on the right. 

From Bethpage/Westmoreland:  Take Hwy 31 to Gallatin stay on Gallatin Road until Maple Street (between CVS and Walgreens) turn left on Maple St. drive straight past Gallatin High School and Commons Business Park will be on you right.  Turn right into Commons Business Park and our office is the second building on the right.

From Lebanon:  Take Hwy 109 North to the Hwy 109 bipass turn left onto 109 N bipass.  The next light will be Hancock Street turn right on Hancock Street.  (Gateway Tire will be on your left once you are on Hancock)  Drive approximately 1/2 mile until you see Commons Business Park on your left.  Turn left into Commons Business Park and our office is the second building on the right.
